Port Comm Errors on entire TotalChrom System v 6.3!!!

Port Comm Errors on entire TotalChrom System v 6.3!!!

All instruments are showing Port Comm error except 1 that shows Unknown Instrument. Any ideas?

The network at the site in question has been affected by a lightning strike.
The bad part is that I had to go to the site to get the info as I could see the TotalChrom servers and the individual Terminal servers from off-site but not from on-site.
