My lab recently got a new Agilent LC/MS, single quad. I'm trying to find a report that has all of the LC data I want (report style "short") that also has deconvoluted mass spec data (report style LC/MS). The LC/MS report style is very close, but it doesn't include the LC % area data that I would like; even though it does include raw area data. Any thoughts on how to get my ideal report? I've look a little at the report layout option, but I'm not sure how to incorporate the auto-deconvolution function that the LC/MS style has. I also has masshunter, but that's not great for incorporating the multiple LC wavelengths that I need.

Any help would be great!!
