When analyst start the sequence ,system was taking the injection but the data was not acquiring.

1.Error Message saya:Failed to recover Sample Set from file SampSet1778.dat
Failed to recover Sample Set from file C:\Empower\InstrumentServer\UPLC FTN Selma\CDSBor1\Stiefel^BPO_Niacinamide_SR059_AA\SampSet1830.dat

2.When we checked in Recovery log file says: Unable to connect to Waters Service on node BORSAWNCDSV001 because the RPC server is unavailable.

Instrument connectivity -Ethernet
LAC\E model-HPCOMPAQ8100
Waters Acquity UPLC H-class sysstem.

Please help us on this regard.

It is what it says it is: for some reason there can be no connection to the WatersService on node BORSAWNCDSV001. This prevents the sampleset 1778 from being recovered.

I think you should restart BORSAWNCDSV001 and after 10 minutes everything should be recovered.
If not, check the application or system events on BORSAWNCDSV001 to verify that there are no problems.
WatersService should be a running process, if not, maybe you need to startup manually, or add to the services.
