Gerstel Autosamplers & Cis

Hi,
Does anyone use the Gerstel SPME,headspace & liquid injector with or without the Cis?
How do you get on without a septum in the Cis?
Any comments you can give would be appreciated greatly!

I have that same configuration -- a Combi PAL with an Agilent PTV, but with septum head. I have to admit, that my company also sells this autosampler in the US. But you might be interested in a manual which I have written for headspace and SPME technique for this autosampler. Just drop me a note and I will e-mail you a copy.

we have 2 mps2 and 2 combipal,and 2 cis....

You could use the gerstel sampler for a septumhead cis and also for a standard SSL injector without any problem.

I find the software from Gerstel (integrated in the Chemstation)a greater tool for the sampler as the original Pal software.
