MassLynx Transform or Maxent ?

Hi,
I have used Transform before for peptide map calculations. Now, I have just access to MaxEnt 1,
which is good for determining masses for proteins and multiple charged high molecular-mass compounds, as far as I know. Does anyone have a suggestion about how to use Maxent 1 for peptide maps? If not - are there any simple alternative?
