HILIC separations - can they be modelled by DryLab?

Yes, gradients can be used in HILIC. Phenomenex has a good example on page 14 of their Luna HILIC brochure:

Re DryLab, HILIC is essentially normal-phase liquid-liquid partition chromatography. The "normal phase" mode of DryLab should do OK for that. If you want to play with it, the DryLab 2000 versions had a "custom mode" capability that would let you pick your own fitting function (I'm ot sure if that carried over into the later versions, though).
