Analysis of tetracyclines acording to european legislation

Dear all,

I am looking for an HPLC column and a method that permits the analysis of the seven tetracyclines included in the European Regulation 37/2010. The tetracyclines are: Chlortetracycline, 4-epi-Chlortetracycline, Oxytetracycline, 4-epi-Oxytetracycline, doxycycline, tetracycline and 4-epi-tetracycline.

I used 150x2 Pursuit XRs and Luna C18 for those tetracyclines, but there's a wide range of other columns.
