Hi all,

I have a problem with operating chemstation B.01.03 after installing it on a desktop not to be used to run an instrument. I am using it to look at data only. I upgraded from version A10.01 and when I tried to start Instrument 1, it gives me an error message "can't find the Visible entry point in util.dll". I was able to install the same version on a computer running two 5890 series II GCs and after configuring things properly, everything worked. But can't get it to work just for data evaluation on any other computer.

Anybody know what that means and how to fix it? I am running Windows XP Professional service Pak 3.
