Masslynx: Running an exe/bat prior to a run

Hi guys,
anybody knows, how to drop a command to the system (an *.exe or *.bat) in Masslynx prior to every line which is ran?
Need to control switching valves for choosing the right column for every run in the sample list. So it should be done prior to equilibration and everything else.
