Update custom report .CRT file in MSDChemstation?

Does anyone know if it's possible to update the .CRT file in MSDChemstation without actually printing the report on paper? Using the "Print Report" command through the software is the only way I know how to update but it also prints it to paper. Agilent told me that "maybe there is an option in the DOLIST" and that "most people use the DOLIST for custom report manipulation." I don't see any pre-loaded DOLIST options for custom reports in my version D.01.
