Hi,

I was using a column from Chromsystems for HPLC homocystein analysis, and now i am using the same column for another HPLC analysis and i need the characteristics of this column "System suitability" ,that i can not find .

What do you propose me as solution ?

Thank you
System Suitability is something you define so that you make sure the column and the system indeed perform as intended relative to what you’re doing. Some of the parameters such as resolution are extremely specific to the particular method of analysis. Others can be regarded as somewhat more universal f.x. tailing/top symmetry.
So, you develop (or transfer) a method and evaluate the importance of the various SST to your particular needs. And then define the limits or rather the valid ranges for the SST of importance.

Best Regards
