Good day, collegues!

I have a one simpler question! How i can convert collected datafile from the MassHunter (Agilent GC Q-TOF) to the ChemStation format, or for AMDIS?
Can I just do something.

I just need to make spektrab deconvolution using AMDIS. This program only accepts files collected from the program ChemStation.

Thank you!
With best regards!

Hello

The only way I found to open MassHunter files with AMDIS is to export the .D (MassHunter format) file as mzData format.

I open the file in Qualitative Analysis and export it as mzData (File -> export -> as mzData). In the options window that appears, you can specify the location that you want the file to be saved.

Hello! Thank you very much! This is very useful information! I know how to export it as mzData, but i don't know, that this is works for the AMDIS. Hm, it;s good. I'll try to do it tomorrow.

With best regards!
