Hi Guys, need your advise. Our clients' unit broke down recently and got it repaired. we try to see if it works well by injecting 10 x of a known compound.
The RSD that we got ranges from 6-19%. Some expert told us that we should be getting a much better RSD. Could you please kindly advise what's the acceptable RSD for experiment like this? Thanks!

It depends on concentration of your sample. For diluted samples RSD increases.

Acceptable RSD range may be found in manufacturers specification.

Without this information you won't get a usable response.
