if you inject 0.5 uL of analyte solution with 1000ppm concentration and get 9578030 (uA*sec) peak area on FID detector, what will be the minimal detectable quantity if minimal detectable peak (3 times noise level) has area of 10000 (uA*sec)?
1 ppm (provided the same injection volume)

PS - now youv'e gotten an answer to your homework, it will definitely help you to learn what is detection limit and how to assess it
