I am working currently on a project involving HPLC and am looking for the best system in terms of gradient and isocratic. What are the adantages and disadantages off both and which would be the best method to choose. I know it depens on my sample measurement but if someone couldd provide knowledge on a general level so I could save time having to test different machines to search for the best one. THANX
