Dear all,

I don't know were to put this post but I think this is the best place. I am looking for standard solution to verified my plante reader, ELISA. The manual of the equipment states that OD test and lineary test need to be conducted, however, I don't know where to by these standard solution.

What type of plate reader do you have? In my experience they are usually checked using a special plate, not a solution. It's basically a regular plate, but instead of wells full of solution, it has optical filters like those used to calibrate spectrophotometers. The manufacturer should be able to supply you with one.
