Peaks that do not allow to integrate

Hi!
I ran a series of samples in a Waters instrument which is managed by Masslynx software. All the peaks in all the samples are well integrated except one of the samples which is showing the peaks corresponding to the two transitions and the intern standard, but when I try to integrate them manually, the software doesn't save the changes. I do this dialy with no problems. The instrument has registered the peaks, but the ID of the sample is not appearing in the report format either. The raw data is there, too, and the peaks can be integrated manually, but it is impossible to save them. Any ideas ? This is the first time we see something like that in our lab. We ran a similar series just before this one, and the processing method worked well as ever, but in this case it is doing this strange thing.
Thank you in advance.
I use masshunter but...
- check the peakfilters options
Does the program save the other manually integration changes ?
