Hello,
I am new to Chemstation and GC-MS, we have few GC-MS instruments and running clinical samples. I am using the quantification method for the same analytes for all the instruments data.
The quant method gives accurate QC values for all the instruments except one. In this particular instrument, the calibration curve matches with the target values without any problem.
The problem comes in the Amount .CRD, the QC values were increased by 10 fold, though the added amount was exactly as per the protocol, we really are not sure of the clinical sample values.
Anyone experienced this kind of problem, please suggest me how to fix this problem.
