I am looking for the equation to calc capillary flow rate from pressure, id, col length and gas viscosity. I can't seem to find it on the web. Thanks.
JW

Both Agilent and Restek have pressure/flow calculators on their web sites.

Thanks, but our IT dept won't let us install .exe files. Does anyone have the equation or a spreadsheet.
JW

Dear John
Thermo produce a sheet that is provided with all their GC systems. If you send me your contact details I can forward you it in .pdf.
