PE-ATD issues

Hello,
I'm hoping to find anyone with experience working with the PE ATD units. We have one in our lab and have been experiencing significant issues with sample introduction to our PE Clarus. I'm looking for several analytes (which we have seen by liquid injection) but when switching to the ATD unit everything cuts out after a certain point and only comes out with subsequent blank runs. We have had major work done on the unit by PE but with no resolution. If anyone has experience trouble shooting this instrument I would like to chat.
