Id like to have some help to using ChemStation. I did qualibrations curves with different analytes and different internal standards. when i make quantitation of unknown samples with ChemStation considering only the "target compounds", this quantification seems to work but when I identified in my unknown sample, the internal standard, I get no quantification. how do I proceed to quantify analytes in my unknown sample while considering the response of my internal standard? how can i obtained the integration report considering the internal standard

Im not positive I understand the question, but if you go to Edit Compounds under the initial calibration tab you need to make sure the compound type is "I" for your internal standards. All target compounds should be quantified based on the internal standard that is directly above them.
