bio-inert preparative column hardware?

Discussions about HPLC, CE, TLC, SFC, and other "liquid phase" separation techniques.

I am looking for 21.2 mm diameter bio-inert column hardware, ideally in PEEK or PEEK-coated steel (alternatively in titanium).
Pressure resistance up to 100 bar would be nice to have, 50 bars minimum. Thanks in advance!
Hello

Usually, Bio-Columns are made by Glass, the ones with a small ID also have high pressure ratings (50 to 70 bar).
I did not yet see a titanium or peek-coated column.

Best regards
Chris
The problem with pressure-resistant borosilicate glass columns is that they're not alkaline-resistant.
(And AFAIK, only Knauer is offering such pressure-resistant wide-bore glass columns.)

For me the combination of resistance to pressure, alkaline pH and high-salt is important,
since I am using Poros R1 resin for purifying proteins in the denatured state, i.e. they
are loaded solubilized in high-molar guanidinium chloride solution which will cause any s/s column
hardware to corrode and (in addition) will cause metal contamination of the sample. Sanitation is performed
using 1 M NaOH, so the Knauer columns are out. And solvent-, salt- and alkali-resistant PEEK column
hardware is only available at analytical scale dimensions. But as mentioned, I need ~20 mm ID.

But maybe there is s/s column hardware on the market that is chloride-resistant? This would
be an option as well.
