heeelp with Class-VP sofware!!!!!!

hi everyone, could you please help me


I'm using a Class-VP software. Long time i worked with TCD detector for analysing the peaks.Now i need also FID detector.When i started to make changes in Configuration box (in the Main Menu box Class-VP chromatography Data System) to turn the channel, detector, for FID it works. but now i can't make changes back to use the TCD detector. Could you please tell me where is the problem??

no , i cann't repalce the parameters of TCD , it's like software doesn't accept my orders. the technician told me do not make any changes in Configuration box. Just change the channels (from A to B) but still it doesn't go to Channel B (TCD detector)

I'm not entirely sure what your issue is. But, when I used to use Class VP, we had to create different instrument profiles for each line on the GC. With Line 1 (split injector/FID) and Line 2 (Splitless/FID) on a shimadzu GC, we had to create two different "virtual" instruments to log into.
