Dear members,
As the topic.
I have made the UV scan for those three monomers. But when I run the HPLC-UV, I can not see any peaks in the gram. Flow is 70% acetonitril 30
H2O, for one hour.
Any one experienced in monomer analysis could help:
1.From whose structure, do they have enought UV absorbance?
2. How I can adjust my HPLC condition?
And any one knowing the peperazine analysis can provide some reference for me.
Thank you. Michelle

Every one read my post, I have method to analysis the AcroNMP and VP.
I change the sample to GC, it is easy. Thank you for your reading.
