Connectivity Issue.

Intermittently communication issues occuring ..When we checked in the Message centre Errors we found Error messages which we mentioned below:

1.Datafile check sum Error
2.Winsock error while reading data:10054.

Can any one please explain why and when this issue will occur and also what are the prventive actions we need to take.

Could you please give us some more information about your setup:
stand alone, LAC/E, ...
Which instrument, when does the error occurs, ...?

Do you have a firewall?
