determining DMSO using GC/FID

Hi ALL
Does anyone have a gc method for the determination of DMSO. I am doing a leachable study on my pvc stopper so i am letting the stopper sit in DMSo for an hour and then i want to run it on the gc and determine if their are any impurities but obviously first i need to run the dmso on its own to check ist profile

On a OV-1301 or OV-17 it will require temperatures of > 175°C ? to elute the DMSO. Carbowax columns will take much longer to elute.

Look at headspace chromatograms on the web and see how late DMSO or DMF elute on those chromatograms.
