hi

In terms of technical/specification can anyone tell me the difference between injection port valve in an HPLC aqqnd UPLC/UHPLC ??

thanks
In the Agilent units I use, the seal is made out of a higher-grade material that can better withstand the higher pressures. The injection port also has an option to run in by-pass mode, which eliminates a little dead-volume that it would otherwise normally experience.
