I am doing analysis of bacosides in HPLC. can any one tell me on how to prepare sodium sulphate buffer pH 2.3?
Sodium Sulphate is a neutral salt. So, you’ll have a hard time to prepare a buffer out of it.
When I need to use Sodium Sulphate for its other properties I prepare a phosphate buffer for instance and add the Sodium Phosphate to it in the desired concentration.

Hope it helps.
