I have problem with tuning the Waters Micromass ZQ™ 4000 MS

I'm using a Waters Micromass ZQ™ 4000, and now it has problem with auto tuning. I have cleaned the source and mass tuning standard solution is fresh but still I see this problem, What I have to do?
My work stops for 15 days, please help me

Why you use auto tune. It is waste time, from my real experience in waters MS, manual tuning is more efficient. However, to success auto tune, you should ensure the following
1- the signal is stable and have good response with 10 ul pump flow.
2- the spray of capillary is stable.
3- usually when you try to make tuning for certain drug. connect mobile phase flow with siring flow via T connection
