EZChrom 3.1 Elite concentration and calibration

Hello everybody,

I recently have a problem with my ESTD concentration. In fact, somebody made the calibration a couple weeks ago on a method.
I tried to use this method, wich works fine, but when I need to make my integration, I have strange concentration such as "0,001 mg/L", "0,012 mg/L", etc.
At first, I thought my components were only in my samples in very little concentrations. But I noticed that after 22 samples, I had normal concentration such as "33,456 mg/L".
I thought it was a problem in my sequence, but it is probably not: I made one sequence with a lot of samples, the integration of half of them or strange (0,001; 0,0012,...) with the others are normal.

I do not really know where the error could be, I never had this problem with my others methods. I did not change anything between samples which were probably wrong and the others. Do you have any ideas ?

And another question is: In some methods, calibrations were made, but now they do not appear in the "Review calibration", as if it was never done. It is strange because it appear in the copy if the methods... Is there any way to put the files again ? I tried but did not find how.

Sorry for my english and many thanks for your answers.

Sincerely,
Vanrob

you have the same method for all the samples?
same is not only the name but also from the same location?
the samples are using the same calibration curve? same slope, and formula?

to see a calibration you need to process the sequence.

Hello unmgvar,

Thank you for your answer. Yes, it is the same method for all samples (and in one case, it si also the same sequence). I tried another method and I had the same problem
And it is exactly the same location, we do not even move it to put it again in the same place.
Same calibration curve, same slope and formula.
(I just noticed my second problem in a method, where my calibration curve disappear...)

As I understand on internet, it is possible to find my ESTD concentration by using the formula by myself and with the area but it is strange... I can understand easily a kind of "bug" for one sample but here, for more than 50...

Sincerely,
Vanrob
