GCMS-QP5000 problem with software instalation

Hi,
I am using GCMS-QP5000 with Class5000 software. I was trying to install software on other computer to be able to work off-line with data. But the problem is that I cannot load any data file copied to this comp. The software wants to read from a: and my data files are copied to c: location! Method file is loaded without any problems!
Configuration of deafult directories is OK.
Can anyone help me with this?
