I need a method for extraction and analysis by LC for folic acid from plant tissues.

It is Ok to ask. On Forum we noticed that some labs have restricted access to the net and some people have problem navigating in predominantly English language environment. Sometimes even experienced chemists get overwhelmed by the abundance of information, often conflicting, on the net, especially when you are staring a new unfamiliar project.
Please be aware that folate for nutritional value (folate on packaged food label) is not folic acid result of HPLC. Be careful who will be using your results. The adverse effects of folate overdose had been reported. The safe way – microbiological folate, it gives you total/bio available folate. Sample prep – find AOAC official or national/international standard methods.
