Hello to everyone on that forum,

I would to ask is someone have experiance with characterization PAE with SEC/GPC? How do you it? What kind of mobile phase? I tried 5mM NaCl in H20, but i get to low molecular weight if I compare results in other articles?

Thanking in advantage for all help.

I don't have any specific experience with PAE, but a low MW estimate is consistent with adsorption, in which case increasing the ionic strength might help.
