DNA sample is for liquid chromatography?

Good Day All. Please help me to clarify this...

1. Is that correct DNA sample is under liquid chromatography?

2. Spacing bewteen peaks in the DNA chromatogram is not equisdistant. But the average distance is = 12.
So is that the other types of chromatogram also same? I mean the spacing is different one to another. . .?

Spacing is rarely uniform. The goal of the chromatographer when developing a method is to get adequate spacing in a short time. If you check the literature, you will find that the spacing is basically a function of the resolution equation and can (generally) be manipulated pretty easily by changing mobile phase compositions, temperature, pH, column type (& packing, length).
