Dear All,
I am working with Varian 3800 GC conected with Saturn 2200 MS detector and having Varian CP-8400 autosampler.During these 2-3 months we have a problem in needle. We have submited batch and after some injection our needle bend probably because of injection in the sides of the vial.We are calibrated the needle when new syringe is installed. Please tell the cause of this and how to recover from this.
You need to know whether the needle is bending becuase it is hitting the vial cap - which is an alignment problem, or whether it is bending from the vial septa being too hard to puncture, which is a vial problem.
