Hi. I would like to export more chromatograms measured in Agilent GC Chemstation. I want to get the same result as with command File>Export File>CSV File. Is there any possibility to proceed more chromatograms in one step? Any macro, batch or tool? I will appreciate any advise.

Hi Pault,
Wich version do you use? In my version, MSD Chemstation E.02.00, it is possible to export multiple files with the same command. It only exports to one file when destination selected. And exports to multiple files when you select "with datafile". It is quite easy to do.
There are proberly macro's available but I'm no expert on those things and I have no knowledge about them. but I'm pretty sure you can find them on this forum.
Regards and good luck with It,
Wouter

Hi Pault,
I don't know about the version you mentioned. But i did found this on internet:
http://www.chem.agilent.com/en-US/Suppo ... 02487.aspx
Or try to find the manual, off or online

, and search for export. I know it should be possible but sometimes you have to look hard to find it. And maybe someone on this forum has the solution you want. Good luck with it.

Hi Wouter. Thank you for your advise. This Agilent export steps you have menitoned are for single signal export to CSV. I'm looking for method for export more signals in one step. I'm worry about exist of that function in Chemstation. But maybe some macro could solve this.

Hi Wouter, hi Pault,
you could try to use
OpenChrom's batch process to convert the files.
I've created a YouTube tutorial how to use the batch converter:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0qPF15cWGk
I've released the 0.6.0 preview version yesterday, you can get it free of charge here:
http://www.openchrom.net/main/content/index.php
Additional plug-ins are available in the marketplace of OpenChrom. After OpenChrom has been started, there's a menu item called "Plug-ins" which refers with its subentries to the OpenChrom marketplace. There you can choose the
Agilent and CSV converter to be installed.
