Am doing some plant extraction work and run the extracts on Waters HPLC systems. I got the chromatograms for the extracts and the antioxidant ability of the extracts as well (antioxidant ability was done by other method). I want to know is there a correlation between the LC chromatogram with the antioxidant ability. I believe this relates to multivariate analysis and is there anyone know any software that can handle LC chromatogram directly with antioxidant ability? i.e. plot LC chromatogram directly with antioxidant ability.
