Finding myself at a crossroad contemplating a career change I've been presented with a opportunity of entering the field of chromatography with a start-up company that will be providing sales, service, technical training and installations in a wide variety of applications.
My knowledge base in the science of chromatography is close to zero.... I have 25 years providing engineer and manufacturing support services in many manufacturing areas including the manufacturing of semiconductors and micro surface mount technology.
I would like to find a place where I can gain an understanding of the basic principles in the field of study that would prepare me for some training courses offered at manufacturers facilities.
Any thoughts, feedback or ideas would be greatly appreciated... Where might one start to learn the basics? Where?
Thanks,
Larry

A good place to start is with a listing of resources on our web site:

Starting next week, I'll be teaching the HPLC Basics, Equipment, and Troubleshooting course "Live on the Web":
