Hi, I am wondering if anyone have hand-on experience in using the Bruker's new GCMSMS (Scion) for trace organics analysis. It seems that it outperforms from other commercially available counterparts.

Hi,

on the paper outperforms from other counterparts...only on the paper. I've done a real demo (PCB and pesticides on food) and both Thermo and Agilent were much better.

From my first-hand experience, Bruker equipment is poorly engineered, cheaply assembled and the employees are mostly neglectful and incompetent.

So run, don't walk away from them.

Hi AlexFE

could you give me some details of your evaluation? We are interested in buying a GC/MS/MS, and some other users experince concerning both hardware and software is highly appreciated.
