Our Waters 2695 LCD screen seems to be broken. The screen is completely pixelated, and restarting or turning it off does not do anything. I saw this once a couple months ago, but turning it off and on fixed it. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this issue before and more importantly do you think this is an issue with the 2695 hardware or simply the screen.

I've tried doing stuff like Priming the needle wash/seal wash using the console from memory, but the keypads are not working either :(
Hi,

The keypad plugs into the same PCB as the screen. So sounds like you need to replace the screen. The screen and backing PCB are shipped as a paired unit. Best to replace and go from there.
