We have doing Nitrofuran metabolites in Quotrro micro LCMSMS using dervetisation with nitro bezaldehyde .we have getting good response on AMOZ & AOZ but semicarbazide & Aminohydrantion response is not good.We have derivetised with nitro bezaldehyde by 18 hrs.Why these two compounds are not derivetised proprly.is there any other methods to determine nitrofuran metabolites

Method works fine. Try to repeat conditions from 2-3 good references, comparative trials with conditions also have been published. If you really need to know yield of SEM and AHD derivatization you need to buy derivatives, they are available.
However most people just prepare matrix calibration. LOQ 1 ppb easy to achieve, recently LOQ ~0.2 ppb were also reported.

SEM and AHD are less sensitive. I had problem whit them in a short gradien. Now in 30 minutes grad there are very good response. Try longer grad. or lower the flow and do quantity determination by 166 for SEM and 134 for AHD.
