Software for Dionex DX-300

I'm new to this forum and and from reading the post here, I find that there are many people here have good experience and can provide valueble info. Hope someone can help:
I have an IC machine DX-300 that had a hard drive crash a few months ago. The operating system is Win 3.1 and runs on a Dionex AI-450 software. IS people was able to recover the files from the damage drive and transfer to the new system but the software will not communicate witht the IC. Problem is, I do not have the AI-450 installation disk to reinstall the software. Called the manufacturer Dionex but they said software is too old no longer replaceable. My question is: how or where can I obtain a copy of the software and what other newer software will run DX-300 if any? Any input is appreciated. Thanks
