I came back from from our company's holiday break, and I think my separations module had too much fun on new years because I started it up and it started leaking when I primed the seal wash. Has anyone used or know of a "generic" brand for replacement seals for a 2695 module or are the Waters seals the only way to go? I'm not against buying them from waters, but if there is a cheaper and reliable replacement I won't complain.

It is not worth it to shop for aftermarket seals with a shorter lifespan or higher failure rate. In the end, it will cost you more to save a few bucks up front.

Optimize Technologies and Upchurch Scientific both offer good alternatives.
Thanks,

Have you tried trimming the end of the seal wash tube and making sure it is well pushed home?
