Does anybody use Perkin Elmer SQ 300 LC/MS for persticides analysis? Is it a good system? It seems that this system has just single quad MS. Some of my friends strongly recommend avoid single quad MS since single quad MS can not do MRM and the sensitivity is horrible. Any suggestion? Thanks a lot!
