Does anyone have a way to run method development sequences in EZChrom Elite without creating a different method for each condition? I'm working on method robustness studies for gradient methods using the DoE model. This often results in 40+ different methods when all factors are included (times, temps, flows, MP lines, etc.).

Seems like there should be a "Method Development Module" for EZChrom that allows the user to input method settings into the sequence (e.g. "Flow Rate" as a column in the sequence table), but I'm not able to find anything like this. Anyone have a good way around my "multiple methods" problem?

to my knowledge it does not exist for ezchrom
if you want something that can do that you need to use a real method development software like chromsword with the capacity of automated condition screening

it still creates different methods, but it does it for you and creates them on a more "intelligent" or rather methodical approach that will give you a more complete picture of the possibilities with the column and mobile phase you have used for your sample
