I need to separate amino acids but only with non organic eluents, so without methanol or acetonitryle, so 100% aqueous phase. I can use only buffer. i found some separation like that with Primesep A column, i wonder what other columns can i use?

Cation exchange. Check the BioRad catalog for "Aminex" resins.

What is wrong with Primesep A. James McCullagh and his team published several articles on separation of amino acids in zero organic mode using Primesep A mixed-mode columns. They did intensive prep separations too.
