Error: Floating point exception invalid number detected??

Hi! I'm working on a GC 5890 and GC Chemstation Rev. A 10. 01 [1635] with a capillary column.
I've finished all my samples injected and now I'm working on drawing baselines of peaks. I've been working with the software for the past 3 weeks until today when I tried to load a signal as I did before, the software suddenly stuck and popped out a message: "Floating point exception invalid number detected". Then I have to shut the software.
That message popped out before, a long time ago and I just restarted the PC and reopened the Chemstation. It worked. The strange thing was I could never work on the data with the Chemstation Offline because the "Copy mannual events to method" button and the "Apply manual events to method" button disappeared and I found they were on the Chemstation online. So I started to process the data with the Chemstation online from then on and it's been working well.
Today, I did the disk cleanup on the PC, restarted the PC, and found some online tutorials from Agilent about this error, but I couldn't find any better solution than "restart the PC". Obviously, it doesn't work for me. I couldn't find any useful information from the manuals coming with the software.
Does anyone here have experience with it?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated!
Thanks!
