My baseline check fails at 218 nm while using TRi Ethyl Amine 50% methanol 30% and water 20% as mobile phase in hplc . How do I resolve my problem

That's probably the problem right there. Please double check your prescribed mobile phase recipe.TRi Ethyl Amine 50%
