Advice please. If I wanted to separate propylene oxide & acrolein which better column I should use? Any idea please?

Since they differ by 19C in boiling point, what does this suggest to you might be a good column choice?

If a packed column interests you I would suggest you try a Carbopack B, perhaps with a phase coating.
