can anybody explain crosstalk in mass spectrometry.
how to identify
how to minimize
where can i get the notes to understand.
Cross-talk occurs when ions from one scan event are still present in the collision cell when a second SRM transition is taking place. This leads to signal artifacts in the next transition's chromatogram.
Here are some source of information.
